Relaxing Yoga for All
Have you ever wanted to try yoga but feel afraid that you are too stiff or inflexible? Yoga is more than just a physical practice. Yoga is about consciously letting go to create space for becoming more engaged and connected with our inner wisdom and truth. It is about harmonizing the body with the mind and breath. Come surrender to your fear and calm your mind, soothe your spirit and gain flexibility, strength and balance through practicing meditation and gentle yoga poses in a supportive environment.
This class is suitable for newcomers and veterans. Please bring a yoga mat and blanket/firm pillow. Any other yoga supplies will enhance your practice, but are not mandatory.
