This prenatal yoga class is designed to help increase comfort during pregnancy and prepare the body and mind for childbirth through breathing, movement and deep relaxation. This class provides a special environment where women can feel comfortable to honor the difficulties and celebrate the joys of pregnancy, birth and impending motherhood. Whether this is your first pregnancy or fourth, whether you are in your first trimester or third trimester, you and baby-to-be deserve this time to connect at a deeper level and develop a sense of trust in the innate wisdom of your body and the miracle of pregnancy and birth.
No prior yoga experience is necessary.
